The Last Warm Fall Day

Hopefully that's not the truth but according to the weather reports it is.

Knowing that, and knowing that I wanted to do something with the kids yesterday, we got out, went to the park, brought our lunches and went on a nature walk.

Ever since I dropped my camera and made it stubborn, I haven't wanted to take pictures as much. But I brought it out and I remembered how much I love taking pictures and the warmer weather we were having made me see Fall as a beautiful season again instead of the cold giving me anxiety about what's to come.

Here are some pics from the day.

My little helper Kate wrote the names the bags.
The way she wrote her name is her fancy style that she only pulls out for her name. It's my favorite.

Throughout the time we were there, these little gusts of wind would come up and blow leaves off the trees and spin leaves around on the ground. I really wished I could capture the beauty of it, but all you get is some brown specks in the sky that are the leaves floating in the air.

These two are buddies. When I get them out of the house.

It was a nice time at the park and anytime I get out with the kids it's fun.
