Some friends of ours invited us over and the husband is a really good cook. We had this three poultry combo and it was tasty. I'm not quite sold on the duck portion though.

This was my first year waking up and doing the Black Friday thing. I have heard so many stories so I was ready for some action. To my disappointment it was pretty tame. And yes unfortunately, I did bring my camera to capture the parking lot madness and all I walked away with was this picture of the Target sign and a bunch of 4 dollar preschool games. Next year I plan on getting there right when the doors open so I can do some proper people watching.

We made this collage earlier in the month and it kind of turned out to be Kate's favorite things, please note the balloon and the bouncy houses among other things. But I guess when you ask a three year old what she is thankful for this is what you get.
