Last Few Weeks in Kansas

We did a day trip to Excelsior Springs and learned about the Hall of Waters and it's healing properties back in the day.

There was a water bar set up and you could sample any of the water or just get the one you came for, for your ailment. I loved the art deco-ness of the place and the font.

An example of the water they used to sell. So cool.

We also had to hit up our favorite Drive-In one last time just in case where ever we were headed didn't have one. Nothing beats a Drive-In. I don't know why I like them so much, but they are awesome.

Sam's buddy Gideon was able to come along.

Benny enjoying it, but what he really wanted to do was crawl around and eat the rocks.

The kids were all able to get some last minute hang outs with friends in before we left. My friend sent me this one of Millie and Ivy having a ball.

Our life loaded up in six orange containers and our first house that is filled with so many memories.

Kansas, Kansas, Kansas. Your summer's were hot, your winter's cold, but you were sure beautiful and you have some of the nicest people. I will always have a piece of you in my heart.
