As I have been looking through photos of our stay in California, most include a body of water.
There was a lot of swimming (and stressing) involved this Summer.
It is what we did as we were trying to figure out our next chapter.
Warm cement after swimming. Such a good childhood memory.
We were around on Memorial Day which is close to my Grandpa Gray's birthday, so we stopped by the cemetery to show the kids where their great grandparents are buried.
We went to Del Mar to hang out with the Hill's.
Took a drive out to Coronado island.
And Millie got to know what it feels like to get hit unexpectedly by a wave.
A Sunday picture just because I thought to take one.
We checked out the car show in San Clemente. One of Millie's favorites.
One of Sam's favorites.
One of Kate's favorites even though she told us she is not into cars.
Sam and Millie doing their version of a salute.
We went to the Del Mar Fair with the Lunt's.
Benny loved pool time and getting wild with Dad.
Grandpa Gray and Millie
Kate and Charlotte snorkeling at Baby Beach.
Cousins.
How Sam gets prepared for a long drive home. Every time.
Uncle Coco has so many big fans in our family.
After a few weeks of spending time with family we headed back to Kansas.
But don't worry we made an encore trip back after we sold our house. More to follow.
