A Valentine's Day Craft

Thought I would document a Valentine's project that I did recently. I have noticed that I hoard a lot of fabric, so I thought I should make something and put to use some of the pieces that are in hiding. I also had some felt with the sticky backs so I decided to make what else?
A banner. So original, I know.
I also thought I would do one of those fancy step by step posts explaining the process. It didn't go quite as I envisioned it. See below.

I decided that night that I should just leave stuff like this to the professionals.

I redid the letter order and was glad to be done.

 I made some smaller ones for the mirror as well.
