We went up to LA to go to the Hammer museum and to go to Griffith Observatory. The Hammer ended up having most of their exhibits closed and the Griffith Observatory was packed. We have tried to go there before and it was the same situation. One of the parking guides told us of a good park that we could see a good view of the Hollywood sign so we ended up going there. The kids got to play at the cute little park that was there and it ended up being a win, win situation. There were a lot of set backs but it was still a fun adventure.
