One thing that surprised me about Texas was it's beauty. The landscape is different, but man, there have been so many times that I wished I could get a shot of whatever view I was seeing as I was driving. One thing that blows my mind is the abundance of wild flowers in the spring. Bluebonnets along the side of the road and other varieties of flowers everywhere and it is my absolute favorite.
These pictures are maybe only something that I can appreciate, but I had to share them. I would never lay on a pillow of Bluebonnets like the Dixie Chicks sing about on account of the bugs. I hate bugs. But I get why they included them in Cowboy Take Me Away because there is something so dreamy about them.
