Besides watching too many movies there has been:
Spaceship building. Kate's bringing that one back. It was a favorite when Sam was a newborn, when there was alot of indoor time.
Alot of self feeding and mastering the pincher grasp. (For all you moms out there.)
Money games. It used to just be transferring money from various containers, now it has evolved into artwork. Notice the face and body.
Sam is working on that extra padding or chunk to keep him warm during the winter.
Lego tower fun. I try to fight being that parent that hogs the toys, but it is so hard when you know you could build an awesome tower.
Towers doubling as guitars. I've notice Kate doing this move a few times lately. She probably got it from her rocker dad.
Puppet shows. I have been putting this one off for a while because it involves; glue, scissors and a mechanical pencil, this girl's favorite forbidden things.
We did the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears with Super Why making an appearance. The faces are 100% Kate and I love them.

she is so good at faces! Ethan struggles in that department. At preschool they are big on letting them do all their own art work and so the nose is usually coming out the chin and the eyes somewhere on the cheek...its a good time!
