Divine Intervention
On Kate's wall in her room there is a tear in the wall with some spackle that the previous owner attempted to fix. I have been convinced it looks like Caillou's dad (who I can't stand). The other night we were watching Henry Poole is Here, it's a movie about divine symbols that appear and what purpose they serve being there.
It got me thinking what does Caillou's dad mean? Will Kate be a four year-old adult? Does Ryan not have to work like Caillou's dad? Or does Laura have to stop watching cartoons?

Wow that is pretty amazing, it really does look like Coillou's dad! I think it means Kate is, like Coulloi, often left feeling disappointed with life. Nothing can go right with that kid, he is constantly "feeling disappointed." By the way, I'm totally kidding!
I vote that it means that Ryan doesn't work, like Cailou's dad!
You should put the wall up for sale on Ebay. There is bound to be some freaky Caillou fan out there that wants it!! It really does look just like the guy and I am with you, can't stand him, can't stand the show!!
